This position is 100% on site / in person.

Job Summary:

Assigned to a specific area within the metro Phoenix to complete project breakdowns, budgets, schedules, and Procore administration. The PE drives to gather information from the field (AM/CM) on accuracy of milestone updates, production schedules, and material allocations.

Duties include but are not limited to (responsibilities are subject to change):

1. Build relationships with Field Management Team, including Ops Ex Manager, Area Manager, Purchaser, and Superintendents.
2. Build relationships with all crews/sub-contractors operating within the assigned region.
3. Assist AM in accurate crew scheduling aligning with COE and customer expectations.
4. Collaborate with AM and Ops Ex Manager on executing subcontractor contracts and ensuring progress payments match the scope of work completed.
5. Conduct spot audits with Production Manager to ensure accuracy.
6. Confirm that material breakdowns are complete and loaded into Procore Project Folder.
7. Ensure all project-related documentation is loaded into Procore.
8. Manage products/materials, identify back orders or discontinuations, and provide updates regarding impacts on budget or timeline.
9. Report weekly to CE Management, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to accurately breakdown a project and understand the construction process.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction.
• Procore experience is required.
• Knowledge of freight shipping and bulk materials ordering.
• Perform tasks with extreme accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and remove roadblocks impacting production.
• Be resourceful, able to identify issues and approach with alternative solutions.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) speaking skills are preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicle as needed.
