Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Site Manager will oversee all on-site activities for our commercial construction projects. Your main duties include ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while complying with regulations. This client-facing role involves working closely with franchise owners, trades, subcontractors, building officials, and the Archmill House/Solutions team. Extensive travel and onsite work are required, with projects typically lasting 1 to 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  2. Team Management: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and construction personnel, providing guidance for efficient workflow.
  3. Quality Control: Monitor progress and quality, conduct inspections, and address deviations to maintain high standards. Ensure projects meet Re-Image brand standards and client satisfaction.
  4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Reporting: Keep accurate documentation of project progress, including reports and logs.
  6. Communication: Serve as the liaison among project managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  7. Problem Solving: Address issues like delays or conflicts promptly to stay on schedule.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar in commercial construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in constructability analysis and providing guidance to trades.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Deep knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
  • Valid passport required.
Work Conditions
  • Willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time.
  • Work in loud construction environments and wear PPE.
  • Remain standing for long periods.
  • Lift objects over 35 lbs.
  • Overnight work may be required based on project needs.
