Qualifications

• 3-5 years in accounting or project management support experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Associate's Degree Accounting, Business, or related field
• No Travel

Responsibilities

• Maintains project documentation, such as contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and other relevant records.
• Facilitates effective communication between project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed about project updates and requirements.
• Assists with procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, ordering materials, and coordinating deliveries.
• Supports the Project Manager in monitoring the scope of work performed by subcontractors, ensuring that it meets the contractual obligation.
• Prepares regular status reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, upcoming milestones, and any issues that need to be addressed.
• Assists in tracking project expenses and managing budget variances, providing updates to the Project Manager.
