Job summary

Search Masters is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while supporting QA and energy assurance reporting across federal-aligned projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to keep programs on track.

The role requires demonstrated coordination experience in commercial construction and a BS degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration.
• Prior experience in commercial construction environments.
• BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance compliances are met across all project phases.
• Support energy guarantee reporting processes and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain alignment with federal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contractual obligations.
