The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project submittals, RFIs, work orders, and other related documents.
• Assist in defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage all warranty documents, owner manuals, and close out packages.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
• Utilize CAD software to create and interpret construction documents.
• Develop, communicate, and implement project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.

Qualifications:
