  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field operations on-site.
  • Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Prepare, review, and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship.
  • Work closely with the estimating and engineering teams to develop proposals and bid packages.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and industry best practices.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to communicate project status and resolve issues.
  • Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs; manage procurement and logistics to support project timelines.
  • Provide cost tracking, financial reporting, and risk assessment for assigned projects.
  • Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Group to ensure technical integration and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and recommend design or process improvements to optimize efficiency.

  • Demonstrated experience in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical (MEP) project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project scheduling, and financial management.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent construction software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Central Ohio and occasionally to headquarters in Middleburg Heights.
Why Join Us

  • Collaborate with experienced teams of engineers, subcontractors, and project managers on dynamic construction initiatives.
