CPH is seeking a Project Coordinator in Columbia, SC to support a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural design team. The role emphasizes site planning, budgeting, contracts, and client coordination to deliver on schedules.

You will handle administrative duties, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication, working closely with engineers, permitting, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, preferably within the AEC industry or professional services environment.
• Basic level site planning experience and knowledge.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts, and multi-disciplinary project coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, teams, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners with strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Basic Site Planning Knowledge/Experience: Understand site planning and assist with land development responsibilities.
• Assist in pipeline development, project setup, and maintain records as per SOPs for project setup and execution.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts and meeting minutes; manage sub-consultant agreements.
• Coordinate grant opportunities research, application development, and submission coordination.
• Facilitate internal kickoff meetings to align teams on scope and deliverables.
• Schedule & Budget Tracking: assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing prep; maintain schedules.
