Michael Page is partnering with a well-established Minnesota GC to hire a Project Coordinator who will support projects from start to finish with real responsibility.
You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources, work with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain project documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The firm has grown significantly, handling 200+ projects annually and expanding into new markets.
Our client is a well-established GC with over 40 years in the market, known for its financial stability and consistent growth. The company has expanded significantly in recent years, growing 400% over the past 8 years to a team of 70 employees, with projected revenue of $40M-$50M. Originally rooted in post-frame construction (still delivering 200+ projects annually), the business has diversified into pre-engineered steel buildings and concrete precast, with a strong and growing presence across self-storage, residential, agricultural (including equestrian and dairy facilities), and light commercial sectors such as retail and restaurants. Their commercial division alone has seen approximately 40% year-over-year growth.
