Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. The role ensures accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in telecom or related fields, plus familiarity with milestone-driven projects and data validation. Proficiency in Excel/Smartsheet/Jira is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication as essential assets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope.
