Job summary

FITS LLC in Puerto Rico seeks a Project Management professional to lead capital projects in regulated industries. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5 years PM experience are required, with GMP/GDP compliance and bilingual Spanish/English ability.

The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing estimates, bids, safety, and contractor oversight. You will join a flexible, mission-driven firm delivering high-quality pharma, medical device, and manufacturing services across the island

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five years of exposure to Construction Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
• Experience in Construction Project Management in a regulated industry.
• GMP & GDP compliance.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple defined capital projects and assignments.
• Support Project Manager in estimates, bidding, and safety.
• Oversee project execution following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Identify technical problems and support solutions.
• Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.
• Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
• Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
