Job summary

FITS is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Capital Projects area to manage multiple defined projects, coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least five years of experience in a regulated environment, plus fluency in Spanish and English.

• Support Project Manager in all phases including estimates, bidding, and safety.
• Oversee project execution following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
• Identify technical problems and support solutions.
• Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.
• Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
• Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
