Job summary

Gresham Smith in Tampa seeks a Project Coordinator - Architecture for aviation market initiatives. You will support all project phases, from programming through construction administration, coordinating drawings, specs, and client communications.

The role requires a degree in architecture and 1–4 years of related experience, with proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop. LEED is preferred; hybrid work is available in Tampa.

• Experience executing aviation architectural projects from planning to construction administration.

Responsibilities

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
• 1-4yearsof job-related or design experience required; prior internships may count toward that total.
• Demonstrated experience executing aviation architectural projects from the master planning phase through construction administration.
• Demonstrated experience usingREVIT Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, and PhotoShop software.
• The ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
• LEED certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
