Job summary

Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Coordinator in architecture to join a multidisciplinary team in Florida. You will collaborate with practicing registered architects, deliver construction documents, and help advance toward architectural registration exams through AXP hours.

You will participate in construction administration, site visits, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring design quality and client satisfaction. A portfolio is required with your application.

Qualifications

• 5-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating strong concept design skills.
• Pursuing licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated competency using Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Foundational knowledge using Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs is a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles, and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
