Project Coordinator and Wrike Administrator

Join to apply for the Project Coordinator and Wrike Administrator role at Aquent.

Please note, this is a remote position but requires PST time zone availability.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator and Wrike Administrator to join their Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their project management and workflow processes, and incorporate those into an existing system architecture and broader workflows. The ability to understand, consult, and collaborate on business requirements is critical. Developing feature-rich reports and dashboards for organizational use is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the goals and challenges of the Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising organization and how Wrike can support these.
  • Leveraging expertise in business process and project management to address business needs.
  • Managing stakeholder priorities to focus on end goals.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Staying updated on Wrike product roadmap and preparing users for updates.
  • Participating in governance meetings and advocating best practices.

Skills required:

  • Creating data visualizations for leadership insights.
  • Mapping complex business processes into workflows.
  • Deep understanding of Wrike API for integrations.
  • Building organizational data banks for campaigns and capacity planning.
  • Experience in strategic framework development.
  • Adaptability to agile and waterfall environments.
  • Designing operational procedures and training users.

Experience needed:

  • At least 5 years in enterprise system administration, project management, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise project management software like Wrike, Workfront, or JIRA.
  • Experience in marketing or IT environments.
  • Knowledge of Wrike solutions and advanced features.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute projects.

The target hourly compensation range is $45.00 – $52.83, based on experience and location.
