Job summary

Scott Electric Company in Youngwood, PA, is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator in the Commercial Lighting division (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM). This role focuses on reconciling jobs, coordinating with electricians and contractors, and ensuring on-time billings.

You will manage multiple schedules, provide excellent customer service, and help grow sales. Requirements include a high school diploma, one year of general sales experience, strong math, and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure accuracy of lot job reconciling including change orders, on time billings and maintain or increase lot job profit levels
• Converse on a knowledgeable level with electricians and general contractors purchasing managers, estimators, job foreman, vendors and their reps
• Work with multiple jobs construction schedules, order status and completion deadlines
• Be proactive to achieve best problem resolution for customer and company
• Provide the best customer service and enthusiasm for increasing sales
