Job summary

Scott Electric Company in Jeannette, PA is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage generator service tasks in a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role. You will call customers, schedule repairs and routine maintenance, and resolve billing issues.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preference for scheduling/repair experience; mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and be proficient with scheduling tasks.
• Experience in scheduling repairs and/or maintenance is preferred.

Palco Power Systems, a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company, a Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Service Coordinator at the Jeannette, PA location. (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
