Job description

Examples of the Duties

  • Scheduling – team management & logistics including travel
  • Assist in preparation tasks for the Compliance Department's new and existing clients
  • Plan, track, and manage team goals, project timelines, training, licensing, travel, expense reports, and new information
  • Complete forms, reports, and collect signatures
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Evaluate the potential for process problems and develop solutions
  • Manage project-related paperwork ensuring that materials are current, properly filed, and stored
  • Communicate with clients regarding needs, if necessary
  • Assist in proposals and billing
  • Be an active participant in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm

The Project Coordinator will be accountable for handling confidential and time-critical materials. Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • Associate of Arts Degree required, with no specific field of study preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff.
  • Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with a remote team based in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

  • Location – on-site in Willmar, MN
  • Hours are normally Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
