Job summary

DH Pace is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation, integration and service of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems. You will direct administrative, engineering and technician teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.

You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, review plans, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance. Travel 5–15% is required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experienced Project Manager/Commercial Security Systems.
• Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills are a must.
• Travel - 5-15% of the time.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.
• Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.
• Complete responsibility of ensuring Access Control, CCTV and other related security products are properly installed and working to the customer's satisfaction.
• Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems.
• Responsible for financial success of projects.
• Other duties may be assigned.
