As a key member of the project team, the Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction by coordinating subcontractor and contract documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, project costs, and closeout activities. This role serves as a critical liaison between project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring construction documents, drawings, schedules, and project records remain accurate, organized, and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable interpreting construction plans and specifications while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
