DAI General Contracting is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our South Orange County team. The role supports the Project Manager through coordination of subcontractor documentation, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project costs, ensuring accurate records and timely communication.

The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Adobe, and Procore, with office‑based work in California.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, organization, and decision making.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor insurance, licenses, and project documents.
• Assist Project Manager with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain construction plans, schedules, and project records.
• Support closeout packages, warranties, and as-built drawings.
• Facilitate project meetings and distribute minutes.
