Job summary

Culligan International is seeking a Dealer Growth Project Coordinator to drive the success and growth of its North American dealer network. You will increase awareness and adoption of key programs, work with dealers, internal teams, and vendors, and demonstrate value and ROI for initiatives and go-to-market strategies.

You will serve as a trusted program resource, helping dealers navigate tools, resolve questions, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of project management, customer service, training, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting basic system administration activities, such as system configuration and user setup.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned dealer programs, providing guidance and ongoing support to dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate established and new training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including communication, coordination, issue resolution, and follow-up.
  • Respond to dealer questions and support needs through email, phone, virtual meetings, and other channels.
  • Develop and deliver reporting requested by leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor program scorecards to track participation, adoption, results, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Culligan to align program objectives, communications, training, dealer support, and implementation activities.
  • Support dealer adoption by communicating program value, benefits, business impact, and ROI.
  • Assist with creating, editing, and delivery of dealer-facing presentations.
  • Create and maintain training resources, process documentation, FAQs, and other dealer support materials.
  • Consolidate dealer feedback twice annually for Dealer Advisory Committee meetings.

  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including communication, coordination, issue resolution, and follow-up.
  • Respond to dealer questions and support needs through email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and other appropriate channels.
  • Develop and deliver reporting requested by leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor program scorecards to track participation, adoption, results, and areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate across Culligan to align program objectives, communications, training, dealer support, and implementation activities.
  • Support dealer adoption by clearly communicating program value, benefits, business impact, and expected return on investment.
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and delivery of dealer-facing presentations.
  • Create and maintain training resources, process documentation, FAQs, and other dealer support materials.
  • Consolidate dealer feedback twice annually in preparation for Dealer Advisory Committee meetings, identifying key themes and actionable insights.
  • Perform other duties and support additional dealer growth initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, customer service, training, program support, or a related area.
  • Experience supporting basic system administration activities, such as system configuration and user setup.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, dealers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable evaluating processes and providing practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Project management experience is preferred.

Target Salary Range: $70,000 - 85,000 salary a year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
