Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to monitor and coordinate project work orders, including self-performed and subcontractor work, ensuring schedules and deliverables are met.

The role involves communicating with staff and customers, developing work plans, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on Rock Island Arsenal projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the performance of Project Work Orders. This includes both self-performed and subcontractor performed projects.
• Duties and reviewing all PWO work to include schedule, deliverable, and coordination.
• Assist in the development of work plans through price estimates for PWO projects.
• Assist with communications between staff and the customer.
• Creates and coordinates work schedules with staff, to include outage coordination to minimize disruptions.
• Monitors the compliance with all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements associated with performing construction on the Rock Island Arsenal.
• Assists in the creation of documentation, and relays documents to safety and quality staff for review and signature.
• Responsible for coordinating schedule and scope changes between the estimating department, the performing organization and the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
