Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in construction coordination and program management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of Project Work Orders, including self-performed and subcontractor projects.
• Review all PWO work to include schedule, deliverables, and coordination.
• Assist in the development of work plans through price estimates for PWO projects.
• Assist with communications between staff and the customer.
• Create and coordinate work schedules with staff, to include outage coordination to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance requirements for construction on the Rock Island Arsenal.
• Assist in creating documentation and relay documents to safety and quality staff for review and signature.
• Coordinate schedule and scope changes between estimating, performing organization, and the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
