1. Managing vendor relationships
2. Handling escalations
3. Analyzing financial aspects of claims to ensure cost-effectiveness
4. Conducting data analysis using Excel and Power BI
5. Supporting project management activities with overseas agents
6. Facilitating the integration process for new companies
