Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a program management professional to own the NPR process in a healthcare setting. You will assess functions and costs for new and existing technology, review requests, coordinate trials, and communicate final decisions through product councils.

You will contribute to standardization efforts and cost-reduction initiatives while preserving quality, collaborating with stakeholders across departments and ensuring timely execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience with supporting project management.
• Experience supporting strategic plans for complex initiatives.
• Experience with strategy development and/or program management.
• 3 years of experience in large project management in a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Clinical caregiver experience (Surgical tech, Medical assistant, or CNA) (preferred)
