Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead projects including expansions, acquisitions, onboarding, and renovations.
  • Coordinate with partners and leadership for problem resolution, evaluation, and system implementation.
  • Lead clinical improvement and service enhancement with Quality and Safety.
  • Support Quality Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Prepare action plans with resources, timeframes, and budgets with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and high quality.
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Communicate project status to participants.
  • Facilitate statistical analysis and research methods with benchmarks.
  • Address conflicts tactfully through creative problem solving.
  • Build relationships with physicians and health system partners.
  • Analyze financial processes and provide data to service line management to improve performance.
  • Perform additional duties supporting departmental goals.

Requirements
