Dewberry's Rancho Cordova, CA office is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Management Team and Project Managers in a civil engineering services environment. The role covers project account setup, invoicing, financials, schedules, and client interfacing, with a focus on timely deliverables and clear communication.

Dewberry is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Rancho Cordova, CA office to perform a variety of project related support functions in a customer-focused civil engineering professional services environment. Project types are diverse, ranging from roadways and bridges to water/wastewater infrastructure, and require strong project management and communication skills. The Project Coordinator will support the Management Team and Project Managers with established business processes including project account set-up, invoicing, project financials, project management and other project related matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with deliverable production, monitoring budgets and schedules, marketing new projects, preparing proposals, and interfacing regularly with Clients and Project Managers. The Project Coordinator will work directly with our Management Team and support our engineering practices. The Project Coordinator must posses excellent time-management and organization skills as well have strong written and oral communication skills.

The projected range for this position is $38-$43 an hour ($80,000-$90,000 annually). Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
