Job Purpose
  • This colleague will execute multiple, well-defined projects/assignments efficiently and documents the results expeditiously. Execute smaller projects and participates in larger projects from the initial concept to final close-out. Become familiar with site processes, systems, equipment, and resources.
  • Support the site Project Manager in all activities and phases on the project, such as estimates, bidding, safety index, cashflow, among others.
  • This is mostly a field position where will oversee the execution of the project in accordance with Company policies & SOP's, Values & global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate well-defined multi-disciplined projects from inception to project completion in support of site operations ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, operational requirements, and business needs. Coordinate information across the project team to facilitate project execution. Identify technical problems and develop problem-solving solutions with the project manager.
  • Oversee the application of the cGMP principles for the workplace. Will also promote safety within the workplace by following site safety procedures.
  • Oversee development of assigned project design documents. Along with the project manager will coordinate and review work with outside A&E firm relating to designs and deliverables (drawings, specifications, etc.). In conjunction with the project manager will coordinate design meetings, transmittal of information and document review.
  • Provide support in the preparation of project estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, and other related costs. Assist the project manager in the preparation of bid packages for construction, equipment, and facilities expansion.
  • Oversee assigned project contract work. Inspect work progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations. Assure contractors receive necessary orientation and training.

Education Requirements
  • Associate in Engineering - or Similar
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience as Project Forman or similar.

  • Conduct all manufacturing operations in accordance with adequate sanitation principles.
  • Reporting quality issues and concerns through appropriate site or corporate processes.
  • Take measures to exclude from operations any person who might be a source of microbial contamination due to a health condition following site procedures.
  • Supervises overall sanitation practices and ensures personnel is trained in the sanitation procedures, which include washing hands thoroughly (and sanitizing, if necessary, to protect against contamination with microorganisms) in an adequate hand-washing facility.
  • Supervises and ensures personnel is trained in the processes to prevent contamination of components or products while performing manufacturing operations to avoid potential growth of microorganisms and the potential for contamination.
