Gunton Corporation is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from sale through final billing. You will represent the company at project sites during installation, handle follow-up service, and address construction challenges while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role requires prior project management experience, familiarity with architectural drawings, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam. A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Order Management and Service Software.
• Review project plans for alignment with specifications.
• Prepare submittals for architectural review (shop drawings, product data, test reports).
• Field measure projects and identify onsite issues.
• Order materials from Pella and vendors to maximise profitability.
• Coordinate product assembly, delivery, installation and service/punch lists.
• Produce close-out documentation.

This individual will manage multiple commercial projects from the point of sale through the final billing. They will represent our organization at the project site during product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges when warranted while providing top tier customer service.

General Responsibilities

• Effectively utilize the Order Management and Service Software.
• Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer.
• Prepare all required submittals for architectural review including shop drawings, product data, and test reports.
• Field measure projects when verification is required and recognize potential site problems to identify solutions with on-site personnel.
• Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness.
• Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up.
• Produce all close out documentation to complete the project.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Commercial Segment Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous project management experience
