Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple trade projects from the point of sale through final billing.
• Be the point of contact through product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges while providing top-tier customer service.
• Effectively utilize the Order Management and Service Software.
• Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer.
• Communicate with all internal team members as needed during the project.
• Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness.
• Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up.
• Produce all close out documentation to complete the project.
• Reports to Customer Service Manager.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Customer Service Manager.
