Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors by Horne in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to keep our window and door projects on track. You’ll support internal teams, communicate with customers and technicians, and help ensure schedules, details, and logistics come together seamlessly.

This role covers a range of projects from Retail Replacement to new home construction, warranty service, and customer care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our window and door projects on track. You’ll support internal teams, communicate with customers and technicians, and make sure schedules, details, and logistics come together seamlessly. Our teams manage projects ranging from replacing a few windows for a homeowner (Retail Replacement team), to full house installations with builders on new home construction sites (Trade and Pro-Select teams), to assisting current product owners with a variety of warranty and service work (Customer Care team).
