Addison Group is seeking a Project Coordinator in Owatonna, MN to join their team. The role serves as the single point of contact after an order is placed and drives multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate field measurements, site readiness, and documentation, interfacing with engineering, manufacturing and installation teams. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact to customers after an order is placed.
• Develop, track, and update multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation with manufacturing schedules.
• Communicate all project changes and resolutions with the project team.
• Interact professionally with designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, and customers.
• Coordinate with internal project team for planning and execution of projects.
• Submit drawings, product samples and other documents as required.
• Coordinate site readiness with contractors and other trades.
• Report on contract schedule of values and progress.
• Execute activities to achieve bid scope and contract documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serving as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order
• Developing, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinating field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger’s manufacturing schedule
• Communicating all project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members
• Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment
• Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects
• Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required
• Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades
• Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values
• Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.

Requirements:

• Associate degree and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management
