Job summary

Addison Group in Lake Elmo, MN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial tenant improvements and renovation projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure budgets, schedules and documentation stay on track.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive, results-driven mindset, and a commitment to high-quality, profitable project delivery within a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Commercial construction project management experience, particularly tenant improvement, renovation or interior build-out.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and project financials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Lake Elmo, MN

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $100K - $130K + Bonus

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality tenant improvement and renovation projects for major retail and commercial clients.

They are looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well with clients and subcontractors, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
