Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, growing real estate development and investment company seeking a Project Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in overseeing the development and construction of single-family residential projects. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from pre-construction through final delivery by managing schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing single-family residential projects.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update timelines as needed.
• Prepare and organize project documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance reports.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track project expenditures.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing meeting minutes.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
