Job Description

• Liaising with sales staff to clarify project parameters and communicate issues proactively.
• Producing deliverables that meet the client’s quality expectations and timeline.
• Meeting project markup goals, including negotiating with vendors.
• Inspecting work provided by vendors or Quality Reviewers.
• Troubleshooting production issues.
• Setting up projects, including entering data in a project database, uploading files to a project workflow system, and preparing paperwork.
• Assisting in basic file preparation (extracting, cleaning up extractions, cutting and pasting, road‑mapping, and word‑counting).
• Assisting with coordinating vendor work, including lining up vendors to meet project requirements, creating purchase orders, preparing guidelines and resources for vendors to perform their work, and compiling questions and answers.
