Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security in Madison, WI seeks a proactive Installation Coordinator to own the coordination of security installation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with customers and technical teams to keep installations on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Learn quickly and assert yourself as the lead coordinator.
• 5 years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience.

• Detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to meet timelines and budget.
• Negotiate with technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to track progress and resolve issues.
• Update internal systems promptly to capture information for future access.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide timely installation progress reports.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• All other duties as assigned.

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for handling a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the coordination of security installations. The ideal candidate will own the entire process, hold strong customer-service skills, and be able to handle clients as well as technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Responsible to coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate with various technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/or problems for each installation.
• Responsible to update internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
• Ability to work with Sales, Service and other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to the installation process.
• Responsible to provide reports in a timely fashion.
• All other duties as assigned.
