Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security seeks an Installation Coordinator to manage, coordinate and support customer installations from planning through completion. You will align resources, schedules, and budgets to deliver high-quality installations on time and within client expectations.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and experience in customer service. Proficiency with MS Office and coordinating cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints.
• Negotiate with technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to track progress and resolve problems.
• Update internal systems to capture pertinent information for future access.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction during the installation process.
• Provide reports in a timely fashion.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work on multipleprojects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Responsible to coordinatecustomer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations arecompleted on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate withvarious technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Responsible for communicatingwith customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/orproblems for each installation.
• Responsible to updateinternal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information iscaptured for future access.
• Ability to work with Sales,Service and other departments professionally to ensure customersatisfaction as it relates to the installation process.
• Responsible to providereports in a timely fashion.
• Allother duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma
• 5 years of customer service experience, or equivalentexperience.
• Must possess exceptional oraland written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and proficient in MSapplications.

Work Requirements:

Position isconsidered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PCexposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varyingpersonalities and all levels within the organization.
