Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to help manage network infrastructure installation projects. The role covers all phases from design through final closeout, with responsibility for scheduling, tracking, and reporting across multiple projects that can vary from a few thousand to several hundred thousand dollars.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on coordination experience, able to read construction drawings, SOWs, BOMs, and RFCs, and must live within 40 miles

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable hands-on project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating deployment of LAN/WLAN and intrusion alarm systems.
• Willing to live within 40 miles of Los Angeles.
• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, SOWs, BOMs, RFCs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of network infrastructure upgrade projects from design to closeout.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with contractors, low voltage technicians, electricians and others.
• Manage projects ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, SOWs, BOMs, RFCs.

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage network infrastructure installation project. The projects will consist of all phases of upgrade/construction activities including but not limited to: Design, Installation/Configuration Quality Assurance and Final Closeout. They will be responsible for managing individual projects within the program that can range in size from a few thousand dollars to several hundreds of thousands of dollars each.
