Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Influencer Products Department. This person will be instrumental as Allstar continues to launch new brands with the world's most famous social media channels, including Dude Perfect, Mr. Beast, Rebecca Zamolo, and many more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, exceptional presentation skills and a deep passion for the rapidly growing creator economy. This role is crucial in managing all elements of the product launch process and developing compelling pitch decks for new creator partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product launch process, from concept development to market release, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Work hands on with our Influencer partners to oversee and coordinate deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Create engaging and persuasive pitch decks and presentations for potential creator partners, showcasing the value and potential of collaboration with Allstar Innovations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies and promotional plans.
  • Ensure all product launches are executed within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creator partners, understanding their needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • A passion for social media and the creator economy and a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering high-quality presentations and pitch decks.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
