Engagement: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Direct Hire (In-Office)
Reports To: Project Management Team
Job Summary
Level Workforce is soliciting candidates on behalf of Ely Concrete Construction, a growing commercial construction firm, for a Project Coordinator to support the Structural Project Management Team and the Place & Finish Division Director. This position will report to the Project Management Team.
This role will manage both the job-cost coding, billing and financial reporting for Place & Finish, but will also assist the Projects Managers in coordinating the day-to-day administrative and financial operations from pre-construction through project closeout. The Project Coordinator will manage job-cost coding, accounts payable, progress billing, change orders, project financial reporting, and month-end close activities and assist with vendor and subcontractor buy-out and contracting. Working closely with the Division Director and project managers, this person will monitor budget-to-actual performance and prepare clear financial reports for leadership.
This is a hands-on operations role that combines construction project coordination, financial administration, documentation management, and process execution. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, process oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
In return, you will have direct collaboration with division leadership, visibility into monthly executive reporting, a stable Monday-Friday schedule, and room to grow as the division scales.
