Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will provide both strategic and administrative support, serving as an essential partner in executing high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and excited to contribute to building and scaling impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the executive team across multiple projects and initiatives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in product development, project planning, and execution activities.
• Coordinate project deliverables, track timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support communication efforts, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and compiling reports.
• Perform executive administrative duties such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
• Assist in preparation and execution of exhibitor deliverables at events and conferences.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project strategy.
• Identify process improvements and help implement operational efficiencies across projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage both strategic and detail-oriented administrative tasks efficiently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Drive) is a plus.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - relevant experience highly valued.
