The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, solid PM skills, and advanced Word/Excel abilities, with telecom/construction experience preferred and CAPM/PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Telecom industry or construction experience preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address obstacles hindering progress, focusing on subcontractor issues.
• Provide regular status updates to Project Managers, escalating unresolved challenges as needed.
• Maintain and update the project database accurately and efficiently.
• Develop reports, generate pivot tables, and use VLOOKUP for data analysis.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants on project objectives.
• Handle communications among contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and address obstacles that hinder project progress, with a focus on resolving subcontractor-related issues.
• Provide regular updates on project status to Project Managers, escalating unresolved challenges to higher levels of leadership.
• Maintain and update the company’s project database accurately and efficiently.
• Develop custom reports, generate pivot tables, and utilize VLOOKUP functions to enhance data analysis.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and compile comprehensive project close-out documentation.
• Act as the main liaison with external vendors and consultants, ensuring alignment on strategic and technical project objectives.
• Handle communications and correspondence between contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
