ByVerTek seeks a Project Coordinator for 100% on-site work in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on organizing multiple project teams, addressing subcontractor obstacles, and delivering timely updates to Project Managers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, solid PM skills, and advanced Word/Excel abilities, with telecom/construction experience preferred and CAPM/PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in project management with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Telecom industry or construction experience preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address obstacles hindering progress, focusing on subcontractor issues.
• Provide regular status updates to Project Managers, escalating unresolved challenges as needed.
• Maintain and update the project database accurately and efficiently.
• Develop reports, generate pivot tables, and use VLOOKUP for data analysis.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants on project objectives.
• Handle communications among contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
