Job summary

We Are Saatchi in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Partnership Assistant Manager to support the delivery of client work, managing internal workflows, schedules, and asset readiness. You will coordinate across teams to ensure on-time completion and effective meeting prep.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining documentation and process discipline. Experience in ad agencies is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of client service or project management experience in an ad agency or related field.
• Experience documenting feedback and coordinating across teams to support opportunities.
• Exposure to scheduling, budget management, and production best practices in campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat Pro, Smartsheet and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of internal workflow, routing and feedback distribution, and asset preparation for media distribution.
• Serve as key internal lead for client meeting preparation and documenting decisions and next steps.
• Directly oversee project maintenance, including folder/file organization and archiving.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure on-time delivery and effective client service.
