Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business or related field.
• Experience in project controls, scheduling, cost control, or construction project management.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project controls expert for scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain estimates, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Perform schedule analysis and validate progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance for accruals and forecasting updates.
• Review invoices, monitor expenditures, and support cost management.
• Track risks, impacts, and mitigation plans; communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and validate estimates and progress measurements.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and commercial compliance.
