Job summary

The Project Controls Manager position at Congruex, based in Boulder, CO, is a full-time exempt role focusing on establishing programs, schedules, budgets, and cost tracking for construction projects. You will manage subcontract coordination, risk, and reporting to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project controls.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience leading a team of project controls professionals.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with resource loading and critical path analysis.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and forecast ETC and EAC.
• Monitor risks and update schedules and budgets regularly.
• Provide timely reports to stakeholders on progress, costs, and risks.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet scope, schedule and budget.
