Entech Civil Engineers, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support transportation and infrastructure programs.

You will focus on risk management, scheduling, cash flow forecasting, and performance reporting for complex projects. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in project controls, proficiency with CPM scheduling, Excel, and project controls software such as Primavera P6 or OPC.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Finance.
• 3–7 years of project controls or related experience.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, risk, cost management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with scheduling tools (P6, OPC, MS Project).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules with critical path.
• Maintain risk registers with scoring, mitigation actions, and monitoring.
• Develop cash flow forecasts based on schedules, budgets, expenditures, and anticipated work.
• Analyze performance, trends, variances, and potential impacts.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to collect controls data.
• Prepare controls reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Support monthly and quarterly controls updates.
• Review controls information for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized controls documentation.
• Assist development of controls procedures and tools.
• Candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment during interviews.
