Job summary

STV, a leading engineering and construction firm, seeks a Project Controls Specialist II for our Philadelphia, PA office. You will support cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting across multiple capital programs, coordinating with project managers and client stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of project controls experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 0-5 years of project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, or related experience.
• Experience with transportation, infrastructure, or capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of cost management, forecasting, CPM scheduling, change management, risk management, EVM, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office Suite; experience with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management, budgeting, forecasts, and EAC forecasting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project; track milestones and critical path.
• Assist in change management, risk analysis, and documentation control.
• Prepare project controls reports, dashboards, and performance metrics (Excel, Power BI).
• Collaborate with project managers, cost engineers, schedulers, and stakeholders.
