Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Controls Specialist II to join our Project Controls team in Philadelphia, PA. The role supports cost management, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, risk analysis, and performance monitoring across multiple infrastructure projects.

You will work with project managers, cost engineers, schedulers, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence, using Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, project management support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Support change management, risk analysis, and earned value reporting.
• Prepare recurring project controls reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, cost engineers, and client stakeholders.
