Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Project Controls Specialist to lead day‑to‑day cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, change management, energy performance, progress measurement, and reporting on defined projects. The role embeds within project teams, owning established controls processes, identifying issues, and driving corrective actions in collaboration with the Project Controls Director.

Travel up to 25% may be required; candidate should show strong commercial awareness, judgment, and communication to influence

Qualifications

4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
2-5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management, preferably in building construction or EPC.
Experience using Primavera and common business tools.

Responsibilities

Lead cost management for assigned projects, including budget, commitments, accruals, and cost trending.
Develop and maintain project schedules, critical path, milestones, and forecast dates.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to cost and schedule.
Coordinate with Project Management, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to align data and reporting.
Develop and present project controls reports, KPIs, and cost/schedule analyses.
